Job Title: Junior Fund Admin/Assistant

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Job Type: Full-time (Hybride)

We want to expand our team with a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fund Admin/Assistant to join our Prague office. As a Junior Fund Admin/Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our fund management team in Prague and Luxembourg, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing fund-related documents such as prospectuses, update reports, and financial statements.

  • Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.

  • Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and investor information in our internal systems.

  • Assist with compliance tasks, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

  • Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure smooth and efficient fund administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or similar work experience.

  • Relevant prior work experience with minimum 3 years of experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory; Czech is an asset, and French, German, Dutch, Luxembourgish, or Italian is considered a plus. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of fund administration or financial services is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically spread team environment.
